They use drama, movement, music and visual art to achieve the following outcomes:

Connection and Community
Our workshops utilise creative and playful group and individual activities that allow space for group and self expression and reflection, encouraging community and connection amongst those with shared lived experiences.

“I felt and enjoyed a sense of connectedness, with self and others. Playfulness! Finding my long lost inner child. Feeling the supportiveness of feeling heard and seen”

Confidence and Self Esteem
In our workshops, creative techniques are used to encourage self-discovery, leading to increased knowledge of one's own unique qualities and strengths, and confidence/ self-esteem.
9 out of every 10 women who have participated in Talitha Art's programmes "strongly" agree their confidence andself-esteem have improved.

"The women appeared to benefit from being with each other and integrating with each other as sometimes they won't spend much time together. I think it's important/ beneficial for them to take some time out to focus on themselves. The art seemed to bring out positive memories from their past and it was nice to see these positive memories shared".
