Our Workshops

People in Recovery
Our workshops developed for people in recovery use drama, movement, music and visual art to achieve the following outcomes:

Confidence and Self Worth
Workshops are devised to help people in recovery connect with their selves through creative expression, allowing them to see things through new perspectives - often leading to discovering their innate value and individual potential

Community through
Lived Experience
Our weekly workshops offer a non-judgmental space for individuals with shared experiences to express their themselves through art, movement, poetry, and play - they are able to share, feel heard, seen and validated in a group setting that can resonate with their experiences.
Every workshop includes group games and the opportunity to work together creatively - creating opportunities for bonding and friendships to be formed.
